All your life people tell you to FOCUS, and CONCENTRATE, but NO ONE tells you, or did not tell me for sure, HOW TO, So Yesterday after trying for 20 days, First time in My life I was able to sit for 1 hr doing NOTHING and not moving my hands, eyes, and sat still, I think EVERYONE should look into this Exercise called ANAPANA and learn how to concentrate and focus. Most of us are not in control of our mind, our mind's are in control of us :) if you want to test that, Close your eyes, Sit down in one position and do not move a hand, muscle and concentrate on your breath, and think about nothing, when ever the thought goes somewhere, bring it back to your breath.
