#️⃣ **"Hello" – Origins of a Simple Greeting**
Have you ever wondered where the simple word **"Hello"** came from? A word we use every day to start conversations, greet friends, and connect with people around the world has a fascinating history.
The word **"Hello"** became popular as a friendly greeting in the 19th century. Before that, people used words like **"hail," "hallo," and "hullo"** to get someone’s attention or express surprise. Over time, "Hello" evolved into a polite and welcoming way to begin a conversation.
With the invention of the telephone, "Hello" became even more famous. Alexander Graham Bell’s invention changed how people communicated, and the word "Hello" became a common way to answer a phone call. Today, it is one of the most recognized greetings in the world.
A simple "Hello" can create a connection between people, show kindness, and open the door to new conversations. Whether we say it in English, Urdu, or any other language, greetings remind us that communication brings people closer together.
Learning the story behind everyday words helps us understand language, culture, and human history. The next time you say "Hello," remember that this small word carries a big story of connection and friendship.

  • Doctors and students alert !

COPD: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a lung disease characterized by chronic obstruction of lung airflow that interferes with normal breathing and is not fully reversible. The more familiar terms chronic bronchitis and emphysema .

My friend Roy Childers has it and has limited time left !

There are new studies based on Microbiome treatments and others to regenerate the damaged body, if anyone of you has interest in this and learn and share, work with Roy and see if you can help him prolong his life.

How ? : spend a few hours on Youtube and learn about the disease and then share your knowledge with Roy !

What can we expect: a guy who never met a muslim 9 months a go will be having many people of other faiths becoming his friend and will give him many more smiles and happiness

What more can happen: He can live longer and can visit you in Pakistan :)

  • I’ve always found it fascinating how worried people become if they miss a single meal…. Personally, I completed a 21-day water fast when I first embarked on my own healing journey & since then I’ve regularly practiced extended fasting including watermelon fasting and various other fasting protocols…

From my experience & understanding, fasting is not starvation; fasting is healing!! The modern concept of eating 3 meals a day (or more) is largely a cultural habit rather than a biological necessity! To survive and thrive the body primarily requires proper nutrients, cellular hydration & the right internal environment.. In many ways, the less burden we place on the digestive system the more energy the body can allocate toward repair, regeneration & healing. This is also why fasting has been practiced by prophets, sages & traditional cultures throughout history. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ beautifully guided humanity towards living in harmony with our natural design and fitrah. As referenced in Surah Ar-Rum, Allah created mankind upon a natural disposition (fitrah) that should not be altered.. yet many fail to understand it.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed countless people improve and even reverse serious chronic illnesses through Natural Body Intelligence(NBI) and regenerative health protocols centered around detoxification, fasting, proper nourishment & lifestyle correction. Some of the most remarkable transformations I’ve seen involved conditions that many considered irreversible.

One area I would also encourage people to explore is the reality of parasites and their impact on human health, energy levels, cravings, and disease processes.

The human body is far more intelligent than we give it credit for. Sometimes healing begins not by adding more, but by giving the body a chance to rest, cleanse, and do what it was designed to do naturally.

**"Opportunities dont happen. You create them." — Chris Grosser**

Have you ever noticed that successful people often seem to be in the right place at the right time? Many people call it luck, but behind every success story there are countless hours of hard work, dedication, learning, and persistence. Opportunities rarely appear out of nowhere. Most of the time, they are created by people who are willing to take action, step outside their comfort zones, and keep moving forward even when the path is uncertain.

Every great achievement starts with a single step. The entrepreneur who builds a successful business, the student who earns top grades, the athlete who wins championships, and the artist who inspires millions all have one thing in common: they didn't wait for opportunities to come to them. They created opportunities through effort, determination, and belief in themselves.

Life rewards action. If you have a dream, start working toward it today. Learn new skills, read books, gain knowledge, ask questions, and never stop improving. Every small action you take today becomes a building block for your future success. Even when progress feels slow, remember that every step forward matters.

Challenges and failures are not signs to quit—they are opportunities to learn and grow. Some of the most successful people in history faced rejection, setbacks, and obstacles before reaching their goals. What made them different was their willingness to keep going when others gave up. Every failure teaches a lesson, and every lesson brings you closer to success.

Don't wait for someone else to give you permission to chase your goals. Don't wait for the perfect time, because there is rarely a perfect time. Start with what you have, where you are, and keep building. The future belongs to those who take initiative and create possibilities instead of waiting for them.

Your mindset is powerful. When you believe that you can create opportunities, you begin to see possibilities where others see problems. You become more confident, more determined, and more willing to take risks that can lead to incredible results. Success isn't just about talent—it's about persistence, effort, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Remember: Every successful person was once a beginner. Every expert was once learning. Every achievement was once just an idea. The opportunities you dream about tomorrow are created by the actions you take today. Keep believing, keep working, and keep growing. Your future is being built one decision at a time.

    Create your own path.
    Build your own future.
    Believe in your potential.
    Turn obstacles into opportunities.
    Make today count.

    Success starts with action.
    Dreams become reality through effort.
Opportunities are created, not waited for.

Why Frogs? Understanding the Anatomy of Life

Frogs are some of the most fascinating creatures on Earth. They are much more than simple amphibians hopping around ponds and forests. Frogs help scientists understand how living organisms grow, adapt, and survive. Their unique anatomy, incredible life cycle, and important role in ecosystems make them valuable subjects for biological research.

From tiny eggs to swimming tadpoles and finally adult frogs, their transformation showcases one of nature's most amazing processes. Their sensitive skin, powerful legs, and specialized organs help them thrive both in water and on land. Because frogs react quickly to environmental changes, they are also important indicators of ecosystem health.

Studying frogs helps researchers learn about genetics, development, medicine, evolution, and environmental conservation. By understanding frogs, we gain deeper insights into life itself and the delicate balance of nature that supports all living things.

Let's appreciate these incredible amphibians and work together to protect their habitats for future generations.
